Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
At a residential care facility with nursing care, you will provide personalized daily living support tailored to each resident, helping to create a safe and comfortable environment.
- Meal assistance (serving meals, helping residents eat, clearing dishes)
- Bathing assistance (washing body and hair, help with undressing and dressing)
- Toileting assistance (bathroom support, diaper changes)
- Mobility and transfer assistance (helping residents move to/from wheelchairs, walking support, etc.)
- Daily living support such as helping with changing clothes and grooming
- Planning and running recreational activities (exercises, seasonal events, etc.)
- Monitoring and recording changes in residents' health, and sharing information with staff
This role is based on a working pattern of approximately 5 night shifts and 2 Sunday/holiday shifts per month.

Monthly salary: ¥305,300~
Example annual salary: ¥4.1 million~ (includes allowances for 5 night shifts/month, 2 Sunday/holiday shifts/month, etc.)
- Bonuses: Twice a year (actual results: 2.08 months' base salary/year)
*Varies depending on work location, facility, and work performance

- Early shift: 7:00am - 4:00pm
- Day shift: 9:00am - 6:00pm
- Late shift: 11:00am - 8:00pm
- Night shift: 4:00pm - 9:00am (next day)
