Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
- Meal assistance (serving meals, helping residents eat, clearing dishes)
- Bathing assistance (washing body and hair, help with undressing and dressing)
- Toileting assistance (bathroom support, diaper changes)
- Mobility and transfer assistance (helping residents move to/from wheelchairs, repositioning, etc.)
- Daily living support such as helping with changing clothes and grooming
- Providing care tailored to each resident's living style, whether in unit-type private rooms or multi-bed rooms
- Sharing information and coordinating with nurses, functional training instructors, and other specialized staff
Facility types (unit-type, conventional-type, etc.) vary depending on your assigned location.

Monthly salary: ¥316,800~ ¥373,050 (annual salary system)
Example annual salary: ¥3.8 million~ ¥4.4 million
*Varies depending on experience, work location, various allowances, etc.

▼Working Days and Hours
- Early shift: 7:00am - 4:00pm
- Day shift: 8:45am - 5:45pm
- Late shift: 12:00pm - 9:00pm
- Night shift: 5:00pm - 10:00am (next day)
* Shift-based schedule; each shift includes a 60-minute break
▼Overtime Details
Overtime may occur depending on the situation
▼Holiday
- 121 days off per year
- Support for extended leave for overseas staff returning to their home country
▼Work Location
You will be assigned to a facility within Edogawa-ku or Adachi-ku.
