Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
At a residential care facility with nursing care, you will primarily provide physical care support to help residents live comfortably and with peace of mind each day.
- Meal assistance (serving meals, helping residents eat, clearing dishes)
- Bathing assistance (washing body and hair, help with undressing and dressing)
- Toileting assistance (bathroom support, diaper changes)
- Mobility and transfer assistance (helping residents move to/from wheelchairs, walking support, etc.)
- Daily living support such as helping with changing clothes and grooming
- Planning and running recreational activities (exercises, seasonal events, etc.)
- Monitoring and recording changes in residents' health, and sharing information with staff
▼Salary
Example monthly salary: ¥389,513~ (includes various allowances, 5 night shifts/month, and 10 hours of overtime/month)
Example annual salary: ¥4,974,156 (includes 12 months of the example monthly salary + bonuses)
- Bonuses: Twice a year
- Pay raises: Available
- Commuting expenses: Provided
*Actual amounts paid may vary depending on the assigned facility, number of night shifts, and overtime hours

- Early shift: 7:00am - 4:00pm
- Day shift: 9:00am - 6:00pm
- Late shift: 11:00am - 8:00pm
- Night shift: 4:00pm - 9:00am (next day)

The example monthly salary includes 10 hours of overtime per month.

- 4-week/8-day-off rotation system (approx. 9 days off per month)
