[Rental Property Management Services]
This position involves helping foreign tenants feel at home in the rental apartments and condominiums we manage.
・We can assist foreign nationals who are not fluent in Japanese by responding to their inquiries in Nepali, Indonesian, or Burmese.
・We share information with our Japanese staff at sales offices nationwide to resolve issues promptly.
・We provide interpretation services between Japanese and foreign languages, as well as translation services for documents and emails.
・Manage operations within the assigned language team and provide training and guidance to part-time staff.
This role serves as a bridge between foreign nationals and Japanese staff, offering the opportunity to work from an international perspective.
Scope of changes: Duties as determined by the company.

Monthly salary: 302,000–312,000 yen (including fixed allowances)
Estimated annual salary: 3.62 million to 3.74 million yen + bonus
・Bonuses: Twice a year (summer and winter)
・Pay raises: Once a year

・Commuting allowance (up to 40,000 yen per month)
