▼Job Responsibilities
[Rental Property Management Services]
This job involves helping foreign tenants feel at ease while living in the rental condominiums and apartment buildings managed by our company.
・We can respond to inquiries from foreign nationals who are not fluent in Japanese in Nepali or Indonesian.
・We share information with our Japanese staff at sales offices nationwide to resolve issues promptly.
・We provide interpretation services between Japanese and foreign languages, as well as translation services for documents and emails.
・Manage operations within the language team you oversee and provide training and guidance to part-time staff.
This role serves as a bridge between foreign nationals and Japanese staff, allowing you to thrive in a role that requires an international perspective.
Scope of Changes: Duties as defined by the company.
▼Salary
Monthly salary: 302,000–312,000 yen (including fixed allowances)
Estimated annual salary: 3.62 million to 3.74 million yen + bonus
・Bonuses: Twice a year (summer and winter)
・Pay raises: Once a year
・Overtime pay
・Bonuses by position (based on the performance table)
・Commuting allowance (up to 40,000 yen per month)
