□ ① Must be able to work from our office in Nishi-Shinjuku, Tokyo.
□ ② Must be able to start working within one month of the interview date.
□ ③ As all work is conducted in Japanese, applicants must have native-level Japanese proficiency or hold a valid Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N1 certificate.

Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
You will support foreign residents in Japan who are struggling to find employment by connecting them with Japanese companies facing labor shortages.
You'll conduct online interviews with foreign job seekers to understand their work preferences and experience, then share their profiles with hiring companies and help facilitate successful matches.
Key Responsibilities:
・Conduct phone or online interviews with foreign job seekers
・Share candidate information with hiring companies
・Support operational improvements and workflow optimization
▼Salary
Hourly wage: 1,500 yen
▼Contract Period
6 months or more
▼Working Days and Hours
Work Schedule: 4–5 days per week
Working Hours: Between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM
Shift Length: 8 hours per day
Break: 1 hour
Once you become familiar with the role, weekend shifts and remote work may be available upon consultation.
