▼Job Responsibilities
【Crane Body Installation Staff】
- Install cranes onto trucks.
- Handle semi-automatic welding work and preparation before the task.
- Clean up and tidy the work area after finishing.
▼Salary
Hourly wage: 1,950–2,838 yen
*Special hourly wage: 2,270yen/hour for up to 2 months
- Overtime pay: 25% premium, with an hourly rate ranging from 2,438 yen to 2,838 yen (for work exceeding 8 actual working hours, or work performed between 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. the following morning)
- Commuting expenses: Up to 30,000 yen (commuting expenses are reimbursed for distances of 2 km or more, regardless of whether you walk, ride a bicycle, drive a car, or ride a motorcycle)
Example of Monthly Income: 332,486 yen (based on the standard hourly wage; 1,950 yen × 7 hours 45 minutes × 22 days)
*If you are paid a special hourly rate, you can earn an even higher monthly income.

Decisions regarding renewal are made based on the worker's work status, the progress of their assignments, and the financial condition of their employer.
