Job Description

▼Job Responsibilities
【Crane Body Installation Staff】

* Install cranes onto trucks.
* Handle semi-automatic welding work and preparation before the task.
* Clean up and tidy the work area after finishing.

▼Salary
**Special Hourly Wage**: During the first contract period, the hourly wage is up to ¥2,270 for a maximum of 2 months.

**Regular Hourly Wage**: The standard hourly wage is ¥1,950.

**Overtime Pay**: For work beyond 8 actual working hours per day, or for work between 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM, a 25% premium applies, making the hourly wage ¥2,438 to ¥2,838.

**Transportation Expenses**: Transportation expenses are provided up to ¥30,000 per month. Even when commuting on foot, by bicycle, car, or motorcycle, transportation expenses are paid if the distance is 2 km or more.

**Monthly Income Example**: If you work at the regular hourly wage, ¥1,950 × 7 hours 45 minutes × 22 days = ¥332,486. With the special hourly wage, you can earn even more.

While there is a set term for the contract, it can be renewed. Renewal is determined based on the worker's work performance, the progress of the business, and the management status of the workplace, and there is no regulation that uniformly limits the number of times or total contract period.

The work location is Sakura City, Chiba Prefecture. There is also a shuttle bus from JR Sakura Station. Commuting by car, motorcycle, or bicycle is allowed.
