▼Job Responsibilities
◇◆Production Assistant at a Food Processing Plant◆◇
You will assist in the production of processed seafood products, such as chikuwa, and pre-packaged side dishes, such as oden.
"The Kamaboko Manufacturing Process"
① The ingredients for kamaboko are fed into the machine and mixed together.
② The blended fish paste is shaped and then heated through a baking or steaming process.
③ The finished kamaboko is vacuum-sealed and packed into boxes.
"The Oden Production Process"
① Arrange the oden ingredients on the designated tray.
② We vacuum-seal the products and pack them into boxes.
You won't be assigned to just one location; initially, you'll be working in various positions.
*Once you get the hang of it, you may be assigned to a fixed position.
▼Salary
Hourly wage: 1,300 yen and up
From 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. the next day, the hourly wage is 1.25 times the regular rate.
▼Contract Period
The contract is for a “long-term period starting from the first day of employment,” with a minimum employment period of three months.
