【Work Related To Manufacturing Air Conditioning Parts】
Assembly・・・
This job involves assembling and inspecting refrigerant piping for air conditioners, including copper piping parts, rubber parts, and plastic parts. You will assemble the parts by hand and set them into the inspection machine.
Picking・・・
This job involves picking, visually inspecting, and packing air conditioning equipment parts imported from Thailand.
Parts Inspection・・・
You will be responsible for simple support work at the factory.
Specific tasks include…
1. Brazing support work
Set parts into the machine
Remove the parts after brazing is completed
※No special qualifications or difficult skills are required! This is assistant work for skilled workers.
2. Visual inspection work
Check finished parts visually to see if there are any scratches or misalignment.
Quality Control・・・
At a factory that manufactures parts used in air conditioning equipment, you will first start with simple light work.
In the future, you will be responsible for quality control work.
After 6 months to 1 year…
Once you get used to the worksite, you will gradually step up to quality control work based on your suitability.
※There is a chance to become a full-time employee at this timing!
Dimensional inspection: Use special tools to check whether the parts are finished according to the dimensions shown in the drawings.
Document creation: Enter inspection result data and create reports related to quality.
(Basic PC skills are enough.)
Investigation and countermeasures for defects: If defective products occur, you will investigate why it happened, consider measures to prevent it from happening again, and ask the worksite to take action.
