▼Job Responsibilities
Traffic Control Security Staff
Guide vehicles and pedestrians at construction sites and events to help ensure everyone can pass through safely.
Since the job involves frequent communication with site staff, drivers, and pedestrians, applicants who enjoy interacting with people are especially welcome.
Double employment (working a second job) is allowed, and no prior experience is required, so beginners can start with confidence. We encourage you to apply!
Note: Double employment with another security company is not permitted.

Daily Wage
¥10,560–¥12,060
Higher Daily Wage Based on Days Worked
23 or more days worked: ¥12,060/day
17 or more days worked: ¥11,060/day
Example Monthly Income
25 working days: ¥301,500
(¥12,060 × 25 days)
Transportation expenses fully reimbursed.
Qualified personnel: Receive an additional ¥500 per shift. If assigned to a site that specifically requires a certified guard, an additional ¥500 per shift is paid, for a total bonus of ¥1,000 per shift.

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (9 hours on-site / 8 hours of actual work)

A legally required training program of at least 24 hours is provided, and you will receive ¥30,000 for completing it.

Enrollment in employment insurance is mandatory.
