Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
[Quality Inspection Staff]
You will be responsible for conducting quality inspections of plastic products prior to shipment.
- Patrol the production floor within the factory to inspect the appearance, dimensions, and specifications of finished products.
- We determine whether a product passes or fails based on inspection standards.
- Enter the inspection results into the computer, and if any defective items are found, report and record them.
▼Salary
Salary: Starting at 1,260 yen per hour
We offer an advance pay program.
[Example of Monthly Income]
If you work 8 hours a day at an hourly wage of 1,260 yen and work for 21 days, your total pay will be 211,680 yen.
▼Contract Period
The initial contract term is one month, and thereafter, the contract is renewed every three months as a general rule.
Decisions regarding contract renewals are made based on a comprehensive assessment of factors such as workload, work performance, work attitude, job performance, health status, and the contractual status between the client company and our company.

8:00 to 17:00 or 9:00 to 18:00 is also possible.

60 minutes

Basically nothing.

I have weekends off, but there is a Saturday shift about once a month. There are holidays during Golden Week, summer, and the year-end and New Year period. Vacation is according to the company calendar.

The trial/training period is 2 weeks. The conditions during the trial/training period are the same as the regular employment.
