[Volunteer Management and Support for International Sports Events]
This job involves supporting volunteer staff at international sporting events.
We ask for your support in ensuring the safe and smooth operation of the event.
- Before the event, we will assist with volunteer training and coordinate shifts and schedules.
- We are also responsible for setting up the venue, preparing equipment, and delivering supplies such as beverages.
- During the event, I will handle volunteer check-in and manage the roster, entering the data into the computer.
- We will distribute boxed lunches and drinks to the volunteers and operate and manage the rest area.
- In addition, we will patrol the venue to provide initial assistance to anyone feeling unwell and to respond to inquiries.
- When issues arise, we will promptly provide initial support and handle overall operational support tasks.
Although the work we handle covers a wide range of tasks, it is a rewarding job that helps bring smiles to the faces of our participants.

Hourly wage: 1,600 yen
*Hourly wage during the training period (one day only): 1,300 yen
