This job involves processing urethane rubber products.
With the following tasks, you can get started with confidence, even if you have no prior experience.
・Preparing the materials: Prepare the urethane rubber material so that it is ready for use.
・Mold Polishing: We carefully polish the molds that determine the shape of the products to prepare them for the next processing step.
・Die-cutting: We use a press machine to shape the product. We set the product in the machine, press a button, and complete the shaping by pressing it approximately seven times per product.
