This job involves cleaning and organizing scaffolding materials. Even inexperienced individuals can work with confidence. You can steadily improve your skills at your own pace through work.
- Remove mud and dirt attached to materials. Use wire brushes and high-pressure washers to make them shine.
- Learn the types and names of materials through cleaning work.
- Sort materials according to their type and size.
- Check returned materials for damage, bending, and rust.
- Repair damaged materials using special tools.
- Manage old and new materials, handling shipping and returns.
- There are no desk tasks using a computer, so this is a job focused on physical activity.
You can work while feeling a sense of achievement by cleaning the materials with your own hands. Cooperate with your colleagues to create a safe and secure working environment. Inexperienced individuals are also welcome to apply.

The monthly salary ranges from 220,000 yen to 280,000 yen, with an annual income of approximately 2,800,000 yen to 3,600,000 yen. It is determined based on experience and ability. There are family allowances, transportation expenses covered, bonuses twice a year, pay raises, and a retirement allowance system (for service over 3 years). Overtime pay is provided, and whether or not you work overtime will be confirmed, so it is possible to decline.
