Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
① Kitchen Staff
Prepare ingredients, cook and plate dishes.
Later, you may also handle ordering and inventory management.
② Hall Staff
Serve food and drinks, assist customers, and handle payments.
Later, you may also manage staff and sales.
▼Salary
Salary: ¥272,000/month or more
Includes overtime pay for up to 45 hours/month and late-night work pay for up to 60 hours/month.
Any overtime or late-night work exceeding these limits will be paid separately.
▼Contract Period
No fixed term for the contract.
▼Working Days and Hours
Working Hours: 10:00 AM–12:00 AM
7 hours 40 minutes of scheduled work per day
Shift system: Early or late shift
Working hours may vary depending on the store and day
Shifts are scheduled twice a month
▼Overtime Details
Overtime may be required
▼Holiday
Days Off: 8 days per month (shift-based)
Shifts are scheduled twice a month
Paid Annual Leave: 10 days in the first year
