Through helping with meals, bathing, and other daily care tasks, you’ll be rewarded with words of gratitude and smiles♪
- Assistance with household chores, such as preparing and cleaning up after meals, doing laundry, and making beds
- You can choose flexible shifts ranging from 1 to 12 hours, perfect for parents raising children!
- We are currently recruiting for a position starting in November at Chofu Station.

▼Salary
“Enjoy a stable income and build a bright future for your family.”
- Base hourly wage: ¥1,590 (applies to most duties)
- Night shift allowance: 25% increase for work between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM
You can earn more than ¥20,000 for a single night shift!
- Other hourly wages: ¥2,090 or ¥1,220 per hour, depending on the duties and support amount
- Transportation allowance: Actual transportation costs covered, up to ¥1,000 one way
- Rent subsidy: Receive a monthly rent subsidy of ¥82,000 if you regularly cooperate with emergency response requests
- Probationary period: ¥1,390 per hour for the first 100 working hours
After completing the first 100 working hours, your wage will increase to the base hourly rate

※A 1-hour break is provided for shifts longer than 6 hours

▼Training
The hourly wage during the probationary period is ¥1,390.
The probationary period lasts until the end of the month in which the total number of working hours reaches 100 hours.

The homes of care recipients near Chofu Station or Kyodo Station
▼Available Insurance
Insurance coverage provided, including personal injury and property damage insurance.
▼Benefit
- Part-time workers who meet the eligibility requirements can also enroll in various insurance programs.
- Transportation expenses: Actual expenses reimbursed up to ¥1,000 per one-way trip.
- Rent subsidy: ¥82,000 per month (for those willing to assist with emergency response)
