Shifts are scheduled on a weekly basis. You can work as little as one day a week. You can also work here while attending school or holding down another job.

You’ll be fine as long as you understand basic Japanese used in the workplace. A Japanese proficiency level equivalent to N4—where you can understand greetings and simple instructions—is a good benchmark.
