▼Job Responsibilities
Work at a factory that manufactures tires for cars and light vehicles.

We would like to operate molding machine.

(1) Set sheets and rubber parts on the machine.
(2) The machine stretches the rubber to make a prototype of a slippery tire.
(3) The machine checks for any abnormalities in the tension, and if it is OK, the tire is passed on to the next process.

*This is not line work, so you can work calmly.
*There is no lifting of tires.

From 1,300 yen/hour
(1,200 yen/hour during training period)

1) 7:20-16:30
22:35-7:30 (70-minute break)

4 shifts, 2 days off

Roughly 40 hours of overtime per month on average.

▼Training
During the first 2-3 weeks of employment, you will learn the basics only on the day shift.
Training is provided by one-on-one instruction at the machine.
It takes about 2 months to become proficient.
Hourly wage is 1,200 yen during the training period.
