▼Job Responsibilities
【Traffic Control Staff】
-Guide vehicles and pedestrians safely around construction sites, events, and festivals.
-Safely direct traffic and pedestrian flow
-Provide safety management at events and local festivals
【Railway Safety Monitor】
-Monitor train movements and ensure worker safety along railway tracks.
-Track oncoming trains to ensure site safety
-Monitor safety conditions for crews working near the tracks
No experience needed—comprehensive training is provided so you can start with confidence!
▼Salary
[Full-time] Daily wage starting at 30,676 yen
[Day Shift] Daily Wage: Starting at 14,363 yen
[Night Shift] Daily Wage: Starting at 16,313 yen
*Includes premium pay and a signing bonus

Transportation expenses are fully reimbursed
For the first 40 shifts, you'll receive an additional 2,500 yen per day (already included in your daily wage).
