[Injection Molding]
Set and check the machine:
- Set the temperature, pressure, and cooling time, and make sure the machine is working properly.

Remove finished parts:
- Take the molded parts out of the machine. Sometimes a robot removes them automatically.

Remove extra plastic and finish the parts:
- Use simple tools such as cutters or nippers to remove extra plastic from the edges.

Check the products:
- Check for scratches, damage, shape problems, or uneven color.

[Press Molding]

Prepare and cut materials:
- Cut plastic sheets to the correct size.

Set the materials:
- Place the materials correctly in the press machine.

Shape the products:
- Use the press machine with heat and pressure to make bathtubs and panels.

No experience required.
We will teach you the work carefully, so beginners are welcome.
