Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
The main job is delivering food by truck!
We deliver frozen and refrigerated foods, as well as boxed lunches, to food processing plants, distribution centers, convenience stores, supermarkets, and other locations.
The size of the truck you drive depends on your assigned route.
・Make around 1–2 delivery runs per day
・Drive a truck along predetermined routes
・Safely deliver food products to each destination
・Use dedicated carts or roll containers to load and unload goods
The driving distance and number of delivery locations may vary slightly depending on your assigned route, but the main responsibility is food delivery!
▼Salary
Daily Pay: ¥13,000–¥15,000 per day, including night-shift and fixed overtime allowances, based on a standard hourly wage of around ¥1,200.
Family Allowance: ¥10,000 for a spouse / ¥12,500 per child
▼Contract Period
No fixed contract
▼Working Days and Hours
・When the month has 31 days, 26 working days.
・Approximately 10 hours per day, including a 1-hour break.
▼Overtime Details
Generally, no more than 10 hours of overtime per day.
▼Holiday
This schedule consists of 5 days of work followed by 1 day off.
The cycle repeats as follows: “Work 5 days → 1 day off.”
▼Training
Probationary period: 2 months. No changes to salary or other benefits.
