▼Job Responsibilities
【Route Bus Driver】
This job involves working as a route bus driver, supporting local transportation.
Driving a Route Bus (Safely driving along a fixed route)
Vehicle Cleaning (Cleaning the bus after completing your route)
Refueling (Filling Up with Gasoline or Fuel)
【Key Points】
Service Areas: Urayasu, Ichikawa, Matsudo, Kamagaya, and other locations in Chiba Prefecture (short routes ranging from 2 km to 7 km one way)
Reliable Scheduling: Your assigned route is determined one to two days in advance.
Sufficient Breaks: There is a proper break between the first and second halves of your shift.
■ A Typical Day (Example)
- Arrival at Work and Inspection
Complete an alcohol check and roll call. Confirm the day's route and schedule!
- Departure (Leaving the Lot)
Start the first half of your shift and safely transport passengers to their destinations.
- Break
Enjoy a meal and relax before preparing for the second half of your shift.
- Arrival (Return to the Office)
Clean and wash the bus, and refuel it.
- Daily Report and Clock-Out
Complete your daily report and finish work. Overtime is minimal, allowing you to get plenty of rest.

- Salary increase: Once a year

- Summer bonus: Equivalent to 2.5 months' salary
- Winter bonus: Equivalent to 2.5 months' salary
