Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
This is a delivery service for Amazon packages in the Kawaguchi City area of Saitama Prefecture.
You will deliver food, clothing, daily necessities, home appliances, and other products from Amazon's warehouse to customers.
The vehicle used is a 1-ton truck (Hiace), which can be driven with a standard driver's license (limited AT is acceptable), and is slightly larger than a standard passenger car.
The number of deliveries is approximately 150~180 per day. The order of delivery is automatically optimized by a dedicated application, so those with no experience or familiarity with the area can work with ease.
【Home Delivery】 (Recommended for Experienced Drivers)
・6:00 AM: Meet and attend roll call → 6:30–7:10 AM: Load packages → 7:10 AM: Start deliveries
・You can finish work once all deliveries are completed (typically between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM).
【Business Delivery】 (Recommended for Beginners)
Approximately 30 deliveries per day
A lunch break of about 2 hours
6:00 AM: Meet → Morning deliveries → 12:30 PM: Return to the warehouse → 2:30 PM: Load packages → Finish around 4:30 PM
Those with no prior experience can also start with business deliveries. In fact, many of our current employees started with no experience and are now working successfully in this role.

*Includes 45 hours of deemed overtime pay (75,335 yen)
・After being hired as a full-time employee: Monthly salary starting at 351,362 yen (commuting expenses covered)
*Includes 63 hours of deemed overtime pay (112,862 yen)
<Estimated Annual Salary>
・Contract Employee: 3,604,020 yen and up
The above amount includes deemed overtime pay (equivalent to 45 hours per month, 75,335 yen).
・After being hired as a full-time employee: 4,216,344 yen and up
The above amount includes deemed overtime pay (equivalent to 63 hours per month, 112,862 yen).
We will pay the full amount for any hours worked beyond the presumed overtime hours.
After Promotion to Managerial Position / Monthly Salary: 450,000 yen (Estimated: 3rd year of employment; actual examples exist)
*Additional premium pay will be provided for overtime work exceeding the fixed amount.
*Any amount exceeding this will be paid in full.
*Regular Employee Conversion Program Available: Depending on your progress in learning the job and your personal preferences, you may be eligible for conversion to a regular employee position starting in the fourth month.
