▼Job Responsibilities
[Dining Room Staff]
- Greet customers in the dining area of a restaurant and show them to their seats
- Take orders and accurately relay them to the kitchen staff
- Carefully serve drinks and food to customers' tables
- Providing menu explanations and customer service in English to international guests
- Preparations before opening and cleaning and tidying up the store after closing
▼Salary
Monthly Salary: 307,000–450,000 yen + commission
Base Salary: 221,900 yen – 325,300 yen
Fixed overtime pay: 72,200 to 105,800 yen for 45 hours
Fixed Late-Night Allowance: Includes 12,900 to 18,900 yen for 40 hours
*If the fixed hours are exceeded, additional compensation will be provided.
During your term as a contract employee, your salary will be reduced by 3%; it will be adjusted upon your conversion to a regular employee.
