You will be assisting residents at a special nursing home for the elderly. It is important to provide kind and considerate support so that everyone can feel at ease.
・Help with bathing and meals
・Provide support with toileting
・Plan fun recreational activities and enjoy them together
・Work as a team in collaboration with staff

▼Salary
Monthly Salary: 215,000–360,000 yen
Bonuses: Twice a year
*Based on the previous year's results.
Pay Raises: Once a Year
Transportation expenses are reimbursed up to a maximum of 55,000 yen.
Night Shift Allowance: 8,000 yen per shift
Housing Allowance: Up to 20,000 yen (for renters only)
