⭐︎ Early Morning Shift Allowance (5:00–9:00): +300 yen per hour *Same hourly rate as the late-night shift until 9:00

Commuting Allowance:
- Transportation: Reimbursed according to company policy (up to 5,000 yen)
- Car: Reimbursement within specified limits (up to 5,000 yen)
