Job Description

▼Job Responsibilities
We manage a wide variety of buildings, including office buildings, commercial facilities, hospitals, and schools. You will be responsible for building management.

▼Salary
Assumed annual salary: 3-4.5 million yen
Bonus: Twice a year (July and December) *Last year's actual bonus: 4 months
Salary increase once a year (April)

No fixed term of contract

▼Working Days and Hours
8:30 - 17:30 (8 hours actual work)

▼Overtime Details
Overtime is approximately 30 hours per month. Overtime will be paid in full.
