Basic salary 180,400 yen
10,000 yen Job allowance
Treatment improvement allowance 20,000 yen
Specific improvement allowance 3,000 yen

Base salary includes a life design allowance of 55,000 yen (for defined contribution pension plan).
Qualification allowance Care worker.... 15,000 yen
