About Company

WBH Co., Ltd.
WBH means "W" World, "B" Brothers, "H" Holdings, which means "the world is one family".

Mission: Japan's number one Foreign Human Resources company in which employees can realize their hapiness and to be glad to be part of.

Value: to close the gap between talented global human resources in Japan and Japanese society through education.

Vision: Aiming for a society where people can work equally regardless of nationality, skin color, or age.

At our company, more than half of the staff at the head office, including the president, are foreign nationals. That is why we are good at providing devoted support to foreign nationals who are close to the anxieties and difficulties of working at a Japanese company. In addition, we regularly hold "salary-paying study sessions" (business etiquette and business Japanese language classes) for those who work as our dispatched staff, which has been very well received. Let's be part of a Japanese company growing further and earning money in a safe and secured environment we are providing.
