▼Job Responsibilities
The main task is to feed the mushroom culture medium ingredients (mainly food by-products such as rice bran and soybean hulls) into the machine, remove the mixed product while weighing it into large bags called TransPacks, and store them in the product storage area.
▼Salary
Base salary 210,000-250,000 yen
Commuting allowance up to 5,000 yen per month.
Salary cutoff date: 20th of each month. Salary is paid on the 5th of the following month.
Bonuses are paid twice a year. Total of 1 month's bonus (previous year's actual)
Salary is revised every April.

The average monthly workday is 21.7 days.
Work hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. with 75-minute breaks from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 3:15 p.m.
There is a system of accelerated work hours.

About 20 hours per month in spring and summer.
About 50 hours per month in fall and winter.
36 agreements and special clauses are concluded every year.
