Position 2) Shift work in firing (3 shifts, some night shifts)
In the process of manufacturing ceramic products, this job involves firing the products in a kiln. Since the kiln (mechanical equipment) fires the products, the worker's job is to remove the fired products and replace them with those to be fired, transport pallets loaded with products, and other related work. When the firing kiln is not in operation, workers may also be asked to perform other manufacturing process tasks.
