Steeplejack
The main work is to install heavy objects using cranes and to assemble and dismantle scaffolds, as well as dealing with other problems that arise in the construction of buildings.
Earthworker
Concrete pouring is the main task.
Other work involves dealing with problems that arise in the construction of buildings.
Grouting
Grouting is a precast construction method, and is mainly used for high-rise buildings.
As a multi-skilled worker, grouters will work with others such as steeplejacks and earthmovers.
▼Salary
Construction worker : 15,000 yen per day
Earthworker : 12,000 yen per day
Grouting worker : 13,000 yen per day
A separate transportation fee of 1,000 yen per day will be paid in addition to the above amounts.

Monday - Saturday
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

On average, we work approximately 23 days per month.
▼Overtime Details
Overtime will be paid for hours exceeding 8:00-17:00.
Example:
If you work from 8:00 to 18:00, you will receive 1 hour of overtime
If you work from 7:00 to 17:00, you will receive 1 hour of overtime

Sundays, national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, Golden Week, Obon
Other personal long vacations are also allowed depending on the situation.
