Job Description

▼Job Responsibilities
This is a job to manage supplies in a hospital.
The items handled include medical supplies (syringes and bandages), pharmaceuticals, medical equipment (blood pressure monitors and intravenous infusion devices), and medical equipment used in surgery (scalpels and tweezers etc.)
The items handled will vary depending on the location to which the employee is assigned.

[Types of work]
You will be responsible for one of these tasks below:
Inventory control, quality control, and logistics management of medical supplies (transport from hospital warehouses to hospital wards and outpatient clinics), etc.
Inventory control, quality control, logistics management of medical products, and other assistance for pharmacists.
Inventory control of medical equipment, cleaning, simple inspection, and other assistance for clinical engineering technicians.
Collection, cleaning, and sterilization of used medical equipment.

Although this job does not involve direct contact with patients, it indirectly supports medical care by preparing the environment for medical personnel through the supply of products.

Generally, you use a cart to transport items inside the hospital.
You do not need a driver's license since you will not be transporting goods outside the hospital.
There is also no forklift use.

▼Salary
Hourly wage.
Shizuoka Prefecture: 1,010 yen~
Chiba Prefecture: 1,050 yen~
Kanagawa Prefecture: 1,110 yen and up
Tokyo: 1,110 yen and up *(1,200 yen and up in some cases)
 *Experience and other factors will be taken into consideration.
 Extra pay will be given for overtime, night work, and holiday work.
  Approval of supervisor is required.
 Salary increase once a year (based on performance)

▼Contract Period
No fixed contract term.
The mandatory retirement age is 60 (continuous employment after retirement is possible).

▼Working Days and Hours
1 hour break.
Working hours vary depending on the location of assignment.
(*If there are 3 or more consecutive holidays at any of the locations, there is a possibility of working once every 3 days.

Shizuoka Office (in Shizuoka Cancer Center)
 Five days a week (Monday through Friday)
 Medical material work is fixed at either 8:30-17:30 or 13:30-22:30.
  Fixed hours for sterilization work: 8:30-17:30 or 12:00-21:00
  8:30-17:30 for ME and linen work

Yokohama Office (in Yokohama Seibu Hospital, St. Marianna Medical University)
 5 days a week (Mon-Fri)
 8:30-17:30 for outpatient and ward departments
  Surgical department: 8:30-17:30/6:30-15:30/10:30-19:30 shifts, with 1-2 Saturdays per month

Yamato Office (in Yamato Municipal Hospital)
 5 days a week (Mon-Fri)
 Shifts can be selected from 8:30-17:30/11:00-20:00/13:00-22:00, with work on Saturdays once or twice a month

St. Mary's Medical University Office (in St. Marianna University Hospital)
 5 days a week (Monday through Friday)
 Pharmaceutical department is 8:00-17:00, 2 days off per week, with 2 or 3 Saturdays per month.
  Surgical support and medical supplies departments are open 8:30-17:30, closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Chiba University Office (in Chiba University Hospital) or Chiba Sales Office
 5 days a week (Monday through Friday)
 8 hours in the hospital from 7:45-23:00, shifts or fixed hours
  Sales office is open from 9:00-18:00

Ariake Office (in Cancer Institute Hospital Ariake)
 5 days a week (Monday-Friday)
 8:00-17:00

Aoto Office (in Katsushika Medical Center of Jikei Medical University)
 5 days a week (Monday-Friday)
 Sterilization and Operating Room Support: 8:00-17:00/8:30-17:30/11:00-20:00
  9:00-18:00 for the endoscopy room section

▼Overtime Details
With the approval of or under the direction of a superior.
You will receive an extra payment.

▼Holiday
Weekends and holidays off, or two days off per week in shifts.
However, there is a possibility of working once every three days for three consecutive holidays or more.
