You will be responsible for a series of processes from planning and development to operation of our main service, Guidable Jobs, a job posting site, as well as other sites. As a small team, you will have a great deal of discretion and will be closely involved in the business development from the very beginning!
Three types of Guidable service operation and development, each in a different development phase
1) Planning, functional development, maintenance and operation of "Guidable Jobs" (

→Our main service, Guidable Jobs, has three types of screens: "Candidate Screen," "Company Management Screen," and "Admin Screen," and in addition to maintaining and operating these screens, we respond to requests from users, companies, and internal members to add new functions with a sense of speed.
2) Planning, function development, maintenance and operation of "Haken Meets" (
https://haken-meets.com/)
→Haken Meets" is a website that aims to match temporary staffing companies with companies that are experiencing a shortage of human resources. Since the business is in the start-up phase, we will develop and maintain the functions of "Haken Meets" while consulting with the members who will actually run the business.
3) Planning, functional development, and maintenance operation of "Guidable Hub (tentative)
→The purpose of the development is to achieve our mission of "eliminating the boundary between foreigners and Japanese" by having Guidable stand at the center of the three parties, in cooperation with "local governments", in addition to "foreigners" and "Japanese companies". As for the details of the development, we are planning to create a database that will make it easier for foreigners to prove their identification and for local governments to confirm their residency!
Development Team
The development team is currently a small group of 2 full-time and 2 outsourced developers, so you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks with a great deal of discretion! (e.g. Requirement definition, Front-end back-end development, Infrastructure operations, etc.)
Within the team, tasks are assigned according to the technical skills of each engineer by adopting a two-week sprint development.

Respond to requests from inside and outside the company and promote development work.
Introduction of modern technology (React)
Design modifications
Increase the selection rate of foreign job seekers who apply for jobs, etc.
