▼Job Responsibilities
This job involves manufacturing bath walls on a line.
Picking materials
Picking surface materials (1.5 mm thick) according to the order form and putting them into the production line.
Work is done by two people.
[Processing]
Wall materials that come down the line are set on the machine, and the barcode is read by the machine for processing.
(Since processing is performed by a robot, the work only involves setting, reading the barcode, pressing the start button, and transferring the material to the packing line.)
[Product surface inspection]
Inspects product surfaces for scratches visually and manually.
[Loading and attaching materials]
After the inspection is completed, cushioning material is attached to the backside of the product, and the product is loaded on a special cart by a team of two workers.
[Packing]
Pallets are loaded into one unit and secured with shrink wrap to prevent them from collapsing.
[Preparation and transportation of finished products for shipment] (urgent recruitment)
Prepare finished products for shipping and transport them to the shipping yard with a forklift.
