Example of monthly income: 287,000 yen
(1,200 yen/hour x 7.83 hours x 21 days
+ 5,000 yen for various allowances + 30 hours of overtime + 55.8 hours of late night work + 15.66 hours of work on holidays)

*2 rotating shift (sometimes day shift for 1 week => night shift for 2 weeks)
