Job Description

▼Job Responsibilities
Staff will support restaurant operations at AFURI stores.

■General Preparation
Final preparation of soup, slicing chashu pork, cutting vegetables, washing rice, etc.
Prepare products to be served at the restaurant.

■General Cooking and Serving
You will be responsible for serving ramen and rice, washing dishes, etc. during business hours.
Depending on your skill level, you may also be entrusted with the responsibility of cooking ramen noodles.

■Customer Service
AFURI is a counter-only style restaurant, but you may also work as a waiter depending on the situation.
We also have some hall duties as well, such as taking down dishes that customers have finished eating, resetting tables, and guiding customers to their tables. We will entrust you with customer service duties.

Hourly wage: 1,250 yen - 2,000 yen

Staff: 1,250 yen ～
Leader: 1,500 yen 〜
Manager: 〜 2,000 yen

During training: 1,100 yen
There is a monthly salary increase depending on ability.

We are a globally operating ramen restaurant with "Yuzu Shio Ramen" as our signature product.
We currently operate 17 domestic and 11 overseas ramen restaurants under the brand name AFURI, mainly in central Tokyo, and we continue to grow.

We started out in 2001 with a ramen restaurant called "ZUND-BAR," which opened in a remote area of Atsugi.
Thanks to its success, we opened our first Tokyo branch in Ebisu.
Over the past 20 years, our staff has worked diligently to evolve our ramen and service so that our customers can experience even better taste.

And in August 2022, we opened a new restaurant in Niseko, Hokkaido, with a stylish interior and sophisticated music.
The restaurant's golden soup is made with natural water from the foot of Mt. Yotei, one of the most famous peaks in Shikotsu-Toya National Park. Inside the restaurant's glass-walled noodle-making room, visitors can watch AFURI's noodle-makers at work. This is a new style of restaurant that has never been seen at AFURI before.

We will continue to open new restaurants in Japan and overseas little by little, and with strong e-commerce sales, we are looking forward to exciting new initiatives and store expansion.
