▼Job Responsibilities
This job involves guiding buses using the Haneda Airport bus pool (a temporary waiting area for sightseeing buses and limousine buses carrying passengers arriving at Haneda Airport) to the parking lot and collecting ticket fees.

▼Contract Period
Renewal every 6 months
Renewal of the contract is based on the following decisions (workload, work performance, work attitude, ability, company management situation, and progress of the work engaged in at the end of the contract period)

▼Working Days and Hours
Working days: 5 days a week
Working hours: 8 hours per day from 07:30 to 23:00
(1 hour break, 8 hours of actual work time - 9 hours in total)

▼Overtime Details
A premium shall be charged for working hours in excess of the statutory working hours of 160 hours per 4-week period, for working without 4 days off in a 4-week statutory holiday period, and for working hours in excess of 8 hours in a day shift work.
Extra work allowance 25% increase
Late-night extra work allowance (50% increase)
35% increase in allowance for working on legal holidays (25% increase if 4 weeks and 4 days off are ensured)
