▼Job Responsibilities
< Traffic Guidance STAFF >
To protect the safety of the community, we provide traffic guidance for pedestrians and vehicles at construction sites.
Our main job is to guide traffic during public construction, which is like changing water pipes to earthquake-resistant ones.
For example, we block traffic to prevent vehicles from entering the construction site,
One lane of traffic will be closed for construction, so we guide traffic alternately on one side of the road so that only one lane of traffic can be used for mutual traffic.
You will need to greet people in the community and give directions when they ask you.
You do not have to use perfect honorifics, but you will need to use "desu/masu" when interacting with customers.
There is no difficult reading or writing involved, but you will sign your name in Katakana on the daily security report.
A phone or line is required to communicate with the company. A means of communication during the day is essential.

All transportation expenses will be paid (even if you walk, ride a bicycle or motorcycle to the job site）

Day shift: 9,400 yen/day at least
Night shift: 10,900 yen/day at least
(20 hours of pre-training: 24,000 yen will be paid)
< Weekly payment system is available >
Day shift workers will be paid 5,000 yen, and night shift workers will be paid 6,000 yen in cash on the following Wednesday.
In addition, if you work from the day shift to the night shift in a day, you will be paid 500 yen as a consecutive work allowance.
An emergency response allowance (500 yen) will be paid when responding to emergency requests or following up on absences outside of the work schedule!

If overtime is required depending on the progress of the work site, overtime pay will be provided for every 30 minutes over the 8-hour work period.

As a rule, we are closed on Sundays.
We are also closed during long vacations such as New Year holidays, Golden Week, and Obon vacations.
You can work any shift as you wish, so you can choose your own days off.

<Training period>
Due to security industry law, there is a 20-hour pre-training period before dispatch to the field.
The training includes classroom lectures on security business law and instruction in traffic guidance. There is no examination.
