＜Specific job description
As a cab driver, you will be responsible for picking up and dropping off customers.

Pick up and drop off customers who have made reservations through our cab reservation app.
Pick up and drop off customers who call our reservation center to make a reservation.
Pick up and drop off customers in front of stations, streets, commercial facilities, etc.

We provide not only pick-up and drop-off services, but also "hospitality" services.
We not only provide transportation services, but we also provide "Omotenashi" (hospitality) to our customers,
We will provide transportation services with a sense of "Omotenashi" (hospitality) in mind!

We offer a full training program! ◎
　(1) Obtain a type 2 license at a driving school (10 days)
　2) Basic learning at a dedicated training center (16 days)
　3) Geographical training in the area where you work at the Taxi Association (4 days)
　④On-the-job training with a senior or supervisor riding next to you (12 days)
　The training will be conducted over a period of one to one and a half months, so please feel free to apply even if you have no experience!

◎Even if you start with no experience, the average annual salary is 5.28 million yen! ◎
　Our group has introduced four different cab reservation applications and an AI-based demand forecasting system.
　More than 80% of our customers are customers who have made reservations and AI will tell us the location of customers in the city who are waiting for a cab.
　It is possible to earn more than 5 million yen per year even for those who started the job with no experience.

◎Employee dormitory facilities
　We have a company dormitory where you can move in at a reasonable rent! Furniture and appliances are included.
　Relocation expenses for moving in are also provided!
　In addition, we will provide up to 50,000 yen for travel expenses and moving expenses for those who join us from outside the Tokai area!

Monthly salary: 250,000-470,000 yen + performance-based pay + allowances / subject to regulations
Bonus: 3 times a year
