201,715 yen (360,000 portion of sales) + commission (60% of sales over 360,000) = salary (including overtime and late-night premiums)
Recent sales results (from March to August 2022)
- Average sales: 569,490 yen
- Median: 566,153 yen
Average sales per shift from March to August 2022: 47,457 yen
The commission rate and sales are among the highest in the prefecture.
If sales are less than 360,000 yen, 50% of sales are paid (including overtime and late-night premiums).
Salary varies greatly depending on sales, so those who work hard will only get paid for their hard work!
Many of our employees earn more than 5 million a year!

▼Contract Period
During the 3-month probationary period, you will work while undergoing training until you become accustomed to the work.
*The probationary period may be extended if you need to obtain a driver's license during the probationary period.
*Please be assured that you will be supported by a professional driver in the passenger seat at the beginning.
After that, there is no fixed term due to the mandatory retirement age of 65.

Monthly/11-13 days on board / 15-day rotation management, working in advance shifts
■Working hours
About 14-15 hours of work between 6:00 am and 1:00 am of the next day

About 3 hours as needed
Because of the long working hours, you will always have a day off the day after work!
You can take breaks at your own pace, so you can rest when you are tired!

Flow from entry to the end of the probationary period
1) Aim to obtain a Class 2 driver's license in order to work as a cab driver!
Our company has a support system for acquiring a second-class driver's license, so you can start acquiring a driver's license without any out-of-pocket expenses!
After obtaining the license, you will receive approximately 3 days of external training.
(3) Training will begin at the head office!
1.You will learn the basic operation of the vehicle and observe the actual work of senior staff. 2.
2. you will be in the passenger seat of a senior crew member and actually conduct sales by yourself.
Once you are able to operate a vehicle on your own, you will take a simple assessment test. 4.
If you pass the test, you will make your debut as a driver!
(4) Even if you make your debut as a driver, you are still a beginner, so you will polish your skills during the remaining period of the program!
(5) Before the end of the probationary period, the manager will judge whether you can work as a professional driver!
If you pass the test, your probationary period will end!
