▼Job Responsibilities
You will work as a traffic guide at construction sites and other locations.
This job is to guide vehicles and pedestrians passing in the vicinity and ensure their safety.

▼Salary
■Day shift:10,000 yen and up + performance-based salary
■Night shift:12,000 yen and up + performance-based salary

★1,000 yen per shift (total of 100,000 yen)★

*Regional salary:1,000 yen (for residents in 23 wards)
*Tokyo work salary:1,000 yen (for those who belong to an office outside the 23 wards and go to a site in the 23 wards)
*Traffic guide level 2 qualification allowance:1,500 yen when assigned to a designated route
*All transportation expenses are paid in full.

Renewal after attending in-service training twice a year

▼Working Days and Hours
■Shifts: 2 or more days per week

■Working Hours
Day shift:8:00 ～ 17:00 (1 hour break)
Night shift:20:00 ～ 5:00 (1 hour break)
＊It varies depending on the site.

▼Overtime Details
The premium rates for overtime work are as follows:
Less than 60 hours per month:125%
More than 60 hours per month:150%
Holiday premium:135%

▼Holiday
Two days off per week (Sunday and one other day)
*Schedules will take into consideration each individual's preference.

▼Training
Training will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Security Services Law.

【Inexperienced employees】
■Training period:3 days
■Salary: 27,000 yen (3 days of training)
*10,000 yen will be paid in cash on the third day of training.
*The remaining 17,000 yen will be paid on the last payday of the month.

【Experienced workers】
※Persons who have been engaged in the relevant security work for a total of at least one year in the last three years (We will confirm your enrollment at your previous workplace.)
■Training period:1 day
■Salary: 9,000 yen (1 day of training)

【Qualified candidates】
*Training is exempted, but it will take one day to fill out the necessary paperwork for entry into the company, etc.
■Salary: 9,000 yen (1 day)
