▼Job Responsibilities
【Traffic Control Staff】
As a traffic control staff, it's your job to guide people safely along their way. This involves working at construction sites and other work sites to ensure safety and security. The job includes the following tasks:
- Guide pedestrians and vehicles by watching over them and saying, "Please go this way."
- Issue simple instructions based on the situation at the site to ensure the safety of people and vehicles.
- The necessary knowledge for the job will be taught during training after joining the company, so you can feel at ease.
The environment allows even those without previous traffic control experience to thrive. Your smile and kind words can make a difference in this job.

Example of monthly income
Monthly income: 226,600 yen
In the case of working 22 days a month
Salary starts at 10,300 yen per day and is determined by skills and experience.
A daily payment system is available, and advance payment of up to 5,000 yen per day is possible.
An allowance (250 yen/day) and overtime premium (25%) will be paid to those who possess the Traffic Guidance Certification.
Even if you leave early, you are guaranteed a full day's wages and 50,000 yen (subject to regulations) is given as a congratulatory gift for joining the company.
