▼Job Responsibilities
【Traffic Control Staff】
As a traffic control staff, it's your job to guide people safely along their way. This involves working at construction sites and other work sites to ensure safety and security. The job includes the following tasks:
- Guide pedestrians and vehicles by watching over them and saying, "Please go this way."
- Issue simple instructions based on the situation at the site to ensure the safety of people and vehicles.
- The necessary knowledge for the job will be taught during training after joining the company, so you can feel at ease.

【Monthly Salary Example】
Monthly Salary: ¥226,600
*Based on working 22 days per month
- Starting daily wage: ¥10,300. Salary determined based on skills and experience.
- Daily payment system available. Advance payment possible up to ¥5,000 per day.
- Allowance (¥250/day) for holders of Traffic Control Certification
- Overtime pay (25% premium) provided
- Full daily wage guaranteed even for early shifts!
- ¥50,000 welcome bonus provided (conditions apply)
