▼Job Responsibilities
[Traffic Control Security Staff]
This job involves safely directing vehicles and pedestrians near construction sites to prevent accidents and incidents.
- We use flags and lights to safely direct traffic.
- We stop traffic and tell pedestrians to "be careful."
- We listen to the leader's instructions and work together as a team.
▼Salary
- Day shift: 11,500 yen per day (up to 50 shifts)
- Night shift: 13,340 yen per day (up to 50 shifts)
*Includes a signing bonus of 1,200 yen per shift
*After the 51st shift, the pay will be 10,300 yen for day shifts and 12,140 yen for night shifts.
*Daily pay is available up to 8,000 yen; the remainder will be paid on payday.

- Full commuting allowance provided
- Training allowance: 26,000 yen
- Sign-on bonus: 60,000 yen (subject to terms and conditions).
Even if you finish work early, you are guaranteed a full day’s pay.
