We are looking for a person who is interested in working at a car manufacturing plant located in Toyota City, Aichi Prefecture and Tahara City, Aichi Prefecture.

What you will be entrusted with is
・Body welding
∟Automatic welding and manual work to make the body of the car.
・Painting
∟Painting of detailed parts that cannot be done by robots is done by hand.
・Molding
∟Molding ∟Materials made from resin are processed by special machines to make bumpers, instrument panels, and other parts.
・Assembling
∟Painted bodies are assembled into complete vehicles by attaching parts such as window glass, seats, engines, and tires.
After completing training, you will be assigned to a department that best suits your aptitude.

◎Even if you have no experience, you can rest assured that we will provide you with a solid training program.
Before you actually start work, we will provide you with preliminary training at our training center!
We will carefully instruct you from the names of tools and how to use them, so please do not worry even if you have no experience.
Trainers will also provide support after you are assigned to your respective department.
◎Company dormitories are available! You can enter the dormitory with only one bag!
The company dormitory is fully furnished with TVs, air conditioners, refrigerators, and other appliances, as well as beds, bedding, and other furniture!
Everything you need for daily life is provided, so you can move into the dormitory with only your briefcase! No dormitory and utility fees are charged.
Furniture and appliances are also available. Please feel free to contact us if you wish to apply.
We are happy to offer you Saturday and Sunday off!
You will have 2 days off per week! You will be off on Saturdays and Sundays.
Although some night work is required, you will always have Saturday and Sunday off before switching to the next day off, so it is easy to adjust your life rhythm.
We also offer seasonal vacations such as summer vacation, New Year vacations, and Golden Week!

▼Working Days and Hours
Two alternate shifts work/consecutive two shifts (5 shifts, 2 days off)
(1) 6:25 - 15:15 (7 hours 35 minutes)
(2) 16:40 - 1:30 (7 hours 35 minutes)
For both work hours, there is a short break in addition to the lunch break (lunch break + 65 min. short break).

The first 14 days of employment will be a probationary period.
During the probationary period, 3 days will be a pre-training period and the hourly wage will be 1250 yen/hr/9:00-18:00.
