▼Job Responsibilities
◎Packing and production assistance
Light work such as packing and displaying fresh fish and sushi, cooking fresh fish, making sushi, cleaning up, etc.

You will start with work that you can do, such as pack wrapping and sushi production.
You will learn from simple jobs. We will gradually teach you the work that suits your aptitude, so don't worry.
Sushi production is as simple as placing sushi ingredients on a rice ball.

▼Salary
・Hourly wage: 980-1080 yen (monthly conversion: 168,560-185,760 yen)
*Hourly wage may be preferential for those who have experience in pack wrapping, fresh fish cooking, or sushi making.
*Mini-Bonus: 5,000 yen/month 5,000 yen/month (paid for months when the store's sales target is achieved, provided there are no absences)

One year (may not be renewed)

・Skills, efficiency, and motivation

【Working days】
・Monthly working days: 21.5 days
・Monthly working hours: 172 hours
*Shift system, variable working hours system (monthly basis)

7:00 - 16:00

▼Overtime Details
Overtime work available (approximately 20-30 hours per month)
*Early and late shifts, as well as the Obon Festival, New Year's holidays, and Setsubun, etc., may require overtime work due to increased workload associated with the sales season.

・9 days off per shift during the month of payroll (*8 days off in the month of March)
