What you will be entrusted with is

∟Body welding
　∟Automatic welding and manual work to make the body of the car.
Painting
　∟Painting of detailed parts that cannot be done by robots is done by hand.
Molding
　∟Molding ∟Materials made from resin are processed by special machines to make bumpers, instrument panels, and other parts.
∟Assembling
　Painted bodies are assembled into complete vehicles by attaching parts such as window glass, seats, engines, and tires.

After completing training, you will be assigned to a department that best suits your aptitude.

1850 to 1950 yen per hour

Overtime allowance

No fixed term of contract

▼Working Days and Hours
Two alternate shifts work/consecutive two shifts (5 shifts, 2 days off)

(1) 6:25 - 15:15 (7 hours 35 minutes)
(2) 16:40 - 1:30 (7 hours 35 minutes)

For both work hours, there is a short break in addition to the lunch break (lunch break + 65 min. short break).

▼Training
