Purchasing fish ～ sales and processing of fresh fish

Connoisseurship and purchase of fresh fish, mainly tuna
No experience is required!

At first, you will be accompanied by a senior staff member, and improving an eye for judging whether fish is good or bad!

Our sister restaurant, which serves kaisendon, is a popular restaurant with a long line of customers!
We are able to provide high quality food at a low price because we do not go through an intermediary!
