□　Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services and Status Visa holders
□　Basic knowledge of Windows OS
□　Experience in using Office products such as Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Access, etc.
□　Experience in technical support for IT devices is welcome.

Job Description

▼Job Responsibilities
・Response to inquiries by phone/email

・Response to device failures, including investigation of the cause

・Remote access to Windows devices to check and respond to the situation.

・Selection and installation of various devices (PCs, mobile devices, MFPs, etc.)

・Preparation, testing, application, and update support for periodic renewals

▼Salary
Hourly wage: 2,350yen

Renewal every 3 months

▼Working Days and Hours
Weekdays Monday to Friday 9：00～18：00
Break time 12：00～13：00

Approx. 10 hours/month
