Salary: 230,000 yen/month - 412,000 yen/month
Model: 230,000 yen/month + 100% of overtime paid on a per-minute basis + 2 bonuses per year + other benefits
Average annual staff salary: 5.4 million yen!
There is a good possibility to get 4,702,000 yen at the age of 29!
There are always opportunities for rank advancement.
Bonuses are paid twice a year (June and December) ♪
