▼Job Responsibilities
Ground handling operations for JAL in Itami Airport!
Various ground support services for aircraft takeoffs and landings!

☆Due to business expansion from October 2011, we will be recruiting more than 10 people.
☆We have decided to further expand our operations at Osaka (Itami) Airport as a ground handling professional.

★For departing flights★
This position is responsible for loading baggage into containers for each flight, transporting baggage to the aircraft, assisting with loading, wing tip monitoring, and sender duties.

★For arriving flights★
Unloads containers from aircraft, transports them, and returns baggage on the belt.

Also performs cabin cleaning duties and is on the front line of JAL flights (safety, quality, and service) as a ground worker!

Monthly salary: 185,000 to 255,000 yen

<Assumed annual income>
2,480,000 yen - 3,500,000 yen

●Annual salary: 2,485,000 yen / 1st year with the company / general position
●Annual salary: 2,745,200 yen / 2nd year with the company / senior manager

▼Contract Period
First 3 months of employment

Contract employment for a probationary period during the first 3 months of employment.
An interview will be held in the second half of the second month to determine whether or not the employee will be promoted to a permanent position.

Shift work (with work regardless of year-end and New Year holidays, etc.)
Basic pattern of work: 4 shifts, 2 days off *Once a month, there is a pattern of 5 shifts, 1 day off.

Annual paid vacations are available. The holiday usage rate is over 85%.

3 months (contract employee)

The first 3 months of employment will be a probationary period.
During the probationary period, you will be hired as a contract employee. Salary, benefits, and other conditions remain unchanged.
During the 3-4 months, you will work the same shift and will be supported by a caretaker.
